Stormwater overflow

Today the tanks filled.

The overflow went into the stilling pit near the front fence.

From the stilling pit out into the street.

    Yay! It works. I remember being there when the pipes were being dug underground. So, is this the overflow from the tanks > into the stilling pit > onto the street gutter?
